 Japanese Cuisine: Sushi

Ingredients:

Sushi rice - 2 cups, cooked and cooled

Nori (seaweed) - sheets

Fish (tuna, salmon) - 300 g, sliced

Cucumber - 1 pc., cut into thin strips

Avocado - 1 pc., cut into thin strips

Soy sauce, ginger, wasabi - for serving

Steps:

Place a nori leaf on a bamboo sushi stand.

Wet your hands in water, take a small amount of rice and spread it over the nori, leaving a small indentation on the upper side.

Place slices of fish, cucumber and avocado on the center of the rice.

Gently roll the roll using a bamboo stand to shape the sushi.

Turn the roll on its side and cut into pieces about 2 cm thick. Serve with soy sauce, ginger and wasabi
