Quick recipe for chebureks

Ingredients:
Thin puff pastry (you can buy it in the store)
500 g of finely chopped meat (beef, lamb or pork)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Greens (dill, parsley), chopped
Vegetable oil for frying
Steps:
Prepare the filling:
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the onion until soft.
Add the meat and fry until it turns brown. Stir constantly to avoid the formation of large lumps of meat.
Add salt and pepper to the filling to taste, add chopped herbs and mix. Leave the filling to cool.
Collect chebureks:
Cut the puff pastry into squares of about 10x10 cm.
Put a small amount of filling on each square.
Fold the dough in half to get a triangle, and press the edges tightly so that the filling does not fall out during frying.
Fry the chebureks:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the pasties on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Put the finished pasties on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
Serve and Enjoy:
Chebureks are best served hot. They go well with yogurt, sour cream or tomato sauce.
Now you have delicious and quickly cooked chebureks! Enjoy your meal
